It is jointly invested by China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) and Wuhu municipal government with the total investment of RMB 1.5 billion. As a state-owned high-tech enterprise, CETC-Aircraft engages in R&D, manufacture, sales and maintenance of general aircrafts, special aircrafts, composite materials and test flights. Since its establishment 11 years ago, the company has been a top-notch general aviation enterprise focusing on independent innovation and has strong core competitiveness in the field of aircraft R&D, manufacturing, flight testing, airworthiness certification, maintenance support and aviation emergence equipment development. 

More than 100 aircraft have been delivered, ranking the top-one in segmented market for 6 conservative years. Meanwhile, CETC Aircraft is the only national and local joint engineering research center for general aircraft in China, the 1st aircraft manufacturing enterprise in China with the Type Certificate and China's Production Certificate. It is also the 1st enterprise in China obtaining the certificate for twin-engine all-composite general aircraft. CETC Aircraft has formed a complete general aviation industry chain integrating R&D, design, manufacturing and general aviation operation.
